Exercise Routines for Busy Professionals

Consistency beats perfection. A simple plan you can repeat is better than an intense plan you can’t sustain.

A Weekly Plan That Works

This template is built for real schedules. It includes strength, cardio, and mobility—without requiring long gym sessions.

Option A: 3-Day Strength + 2 Short Walks

  • Mon: Full-body strength (25–35 min)
  • Wed: Full-body strength (25–35 min)
  • Fri: Full-body strength (25–35 min)
  • Tue/Thu: 10–20 min brisk walk

A 20-Minute “No Excuses” Workout

Do 3 rounds at a steady pace. Rest as needed.

  • Squats or chair squats (10–15 reps)
  • Push-ups (incline if needed) (8–12 reps)
  • Hip hinge (good mornings) or deadlift pattern (10–15 reps)
  • Plank (20–40 seconds)

Habit Tips

  • Schedule workouts like meetings
  • Keep gear visible to reduce friction
  • Start with “minimums” you can always hit

Time Savers

  • Superset two moves
  • Short warmup, consistent
  • Walk meetings when possible
  • Stop 1–2 reps early
